Over the last two weeks, Rick has been making Comfrey feed:
- Chop comfrey at the roots.
- Stuff a small water butt full of comfrey; fill to the top with water.
- Leave for at least 3-4 weeks for it to break down.
- Run off the resulting brown liquid into containers and store in a cool dark place.
- Use to feed fruiting tomatoes and squashes. (1 part comfrey; 10 parts water).
